How do I book and pay the deposit?
Message us on Telegram or WhatsApp with your preferred trip, date and group size. We will check availability with the team, then agree on the total price, deposit, payment deadline and method, and the cancellation or rescheduling terms. Once the team confirms the deposit, we will send the booking status and meeting details.
How long does the trip take?
Jet ski tours: morning hotel pickup is 06:00–06:30, with return transfer leaving at 13:30. Afternoon pickup is 11:30–12:30, with return transfer leaving at 18:30. These are departure times from the base, not arrival times at the hotel. The fishing trip runs from 13:00 to 16:30 out of Bang Saray.
Can I join if I've never driven a jet ski?
A briefing is included before departure. Tell us about your experience and we will check the operator's eligibility requirements and which tour option suits you.
Can children join?
Tell us the child's age and which trip you want to book. The operator must confirm eligibility, seating on the jet ski or boat, and any restrictions before you book.
What should I bring?
Bring swimwear, a towel, sun protection and a dry change of clothes. A waterproof pouch is handy for your phone and valuables. We will confirm what you need before the trip.
What happens in bad weather?
Before booking, we will confirm the operator's terms for rescheduling, changing the itinerary or cancelling. The operator makes the final decision on whether the trip can go ahead and on what terms.

Before you pay, we will confirm the amount, deadline and payment method. We will also clarify the cancellation and rescheduling terms.

Once the team confirms the deposit, we will send your booking status and the meeting time and place. For jet ski hotel pickup, we need your hotel name and room number.
Pay the deposit once we have confirmed availability and the trip details.
